BE A SKILLED & EFFECTIVE CHANGE MANAGER
The change is the universal law. Everything changes except the law of change.
A skilled & fast driver is one of the best Change Managers. Everything continuously changes before him. He keeps all his senses alert. His nose detects any smell in the vehicle. It may be a small fuel leakage or a burning thing that can be a reason of an accident. His eyes & ears are fully alert to the fast-changing traffic. His hands & legs automatically move to take right decisions. As soon as he observes a small child on the road, his right leg automatically pushes the brake. He always maintains a sufficient safety margin and makes double sure before making any move.
He is always conscious of the fact that his fellow drivers may commit mistakes. So he is always alert and takes immediate remedial steps to avert accidents. He decides within fractions of a second. His sub-conscious mind & reflexes are perfectly trained to take fast as well as accurate decisions.
The skilled & fast driver has a very clear vision of his destination, and he continuously advances towards it. He drives slowly when there is much traffic on the road. He increases speed as soon as his path becomes vacant. "Moving fast with a sense of urgency & calm nerves." is always his motto.
. After all, his passengers want to reach their destinations safely in time.
Let us become active Change Managers to continue to grow in this sharp competitive world. Let’s move fast with a sense of urgency & calm nerves. Let us maintain sufficient safety margin & make ourselves double sure before taking any decision.. After all, his passengers want to reach their destinations safely in time.
A fast & skilled driver continuously trains his subconscious mind & reflexes by continuous practice & repetition. We may also become an effective & fast change Manager by adopting the same process.

BE A CARRIER OF GOOD NEWS
![]() |
The mighty sun giving the good news that we are alive today to make our dreams real.
|
The Great Emperor Akbar had a lovely and beautiful parrot. He loved the bird more than his life. He had announced in clear terms," Any person delivering him the sad news about the death of his lovely parrot will be hanged on gallows in no time."
Harbingers of bad news are abhorred everywhere. The carriers of good news are given the warmest welcome and most generous gifts. Visit any baby delivery room and see the live example. The nurse giving the welcome news of a new guest's arrival is rewarded generously with sweets and gifts. But imagine what will happen when a nurse informs the delivery of a dead baby.
Therefore, make a commitment to become only a carrier of good news; everybody will be anxiously waiting for your arrival. Take a vow that you will make people comfortable with your presence; everybody will wish for your long life. Make a pledge that your colleagues will feel secure with your presence; they will be happily giving their best to your projects.
However, if it is inevitable to deliver bad news, please do it as delicately as possible so that the concerned person is least hurt.

WHAT HAPPENS, FINE HAPPENS
![]() |
What happened, Fine Happened, What is Happening, Fine Happening, "What will Happen" will also be Fine. "BHAGWAT GEETA"
I often wondered when lots of unwanted things happen in our life then why Lord Shri Krishna told the lines above in sacred "Bhagwat Geeta."
I found the riddle solved after correlating the Ms. Helen Keller's quote with an exhortation of Lord Shri Krishna. We waste most of our mental energy as well as composure by wondering what mishap will happen in future or by repenting about losing golden opportunities in the past. Therefore Lord Krishna exhorted what happened or whatever will happen, will be for our benefit. We need not brood and fret on it since one thousand years of brooding & worrying can't change what happened just one second ago. So instead of worrying on the past omissions or commissions or by fearing the unknown future, we should concentrate on spotting and encashing current opportunities in the present. This will make our future bright and our life full of achievements.
Let us now forget those doors of happiness which are closed now and start exploring new doors which are wide open to give us red carpet welcome. Amen.

The Great American President Abraham Lincoln made his journey from Acute Poverty to Gorgeous White House.
The poor petrol pump attendant Dhiru Bhai Ambani became the biggest Indian business tycoon.
The poor fatherless child Lal Bahadur Shastri became the second Prime Minister of World's largest democracy.
The Dhoti clad lean & thin Mahatma Gandhi ousted the mightiest British Empire.

MENTAL FITNESS IS AS ESSENTIAL AS PHYSICAL FITNESS
As a single footstep will not make a path on the earth, so a single thought will not make a pathway in the mind. To make a deep physical path, we walk again and again. To make a deep mental path, we must think over and over the kind of thoughts we wish to dominate our lives.
----- Henri David Thoreau.
We often talk of physical exercises for maintaining physical fitness, but very few talk about mental games for becoming mentally fit and nimble.
The Studies show that our cerebral cortex remains active as long as we use it regularly. Therefore, it is very much pertinent that we play good quality video or mobile games to boost our reflexes and memory. Other mental games such as chess, sudoku, etc. will also be helpful in this regard. Mental activities are much useful in retaining our minds and reflexes in old age, and we can enjoy 100 years healthy and hearty with our lovely family.

CHANGE THE ENVIRONMENT , MAKE DIANASAURES EXTINCT
With the change in the environment, our moods also start to change. The gloomy, depressed persons start to laugh and enjoy.
Therefore after taking charge of a branch, I call staff meetings regularly and present token gifts to the best performing members of staff. I also make it a point to say something that makes my colleagues laugh and enjoy. I never forget to impose self-discipline or discipline promptly and impartially whenever needed.

We just need to change the environment gradually from negative to positive for making Dinosaurs extinct species. Given below phrases work like magic wands.
Marvelous Job.
Good one, keep going.
Your performance has improved, but I know you can do better.
You have great potential.
Keep trying, success will certainly be yours.
I have high regards for your great abilities.Friday, February 1, 2013

MAKE YOURSELF MORE USEFULL
Make yourself more useful.
Everybody will crave for your attention.
Everybody will crave for your attention.
Make yourself more useful.
Everybody will die for your well being.
Everybody will die for your well being.
Make yourself more useful.
People will give you the choicest things.
People will give you the choicest things.
Make yourself more useful.
They will take you to the skies.
They will take you to the skies.
What happens when usefulness is lost?
One becomes a burden for one's own children.
One becomes a burden for one's own children.
When one is dead with no utility, he is cremated by his own kith and kins.
The world regards you according to your utility. That is why Nokia, Samsung, Tata & other companies spend millions & billions on research to increase their usefulness day by day.

ACT IN GOOD FAITH BUT WITH DUE DILIGENCE
“Life is unpredictable. We can not tell what will happen in a minute. We have no control of tomorrow, and it's details. Live a careful life.” ― Lailah Gifty Akita
Section 10 of NI Act stipulates to act in good faith and without negligence. But, unfortunately, we often give too much weight to acting in good faith and acting without negligence remains ominously lacking.
A bank officer was on leave for three days; after his return, he verified, in good faith, one DEBIT CARD entered into the bank's system three days ago. But due to apparent workload, he did not check carefully all the details of the person who got the debit card. Later on, staff knew to their dismay that a fraud took the debit card and withdrew Rs.1, 10,000/- from the account of another customer. Now the officer, who verified the debit card, in good faith but without due diligence, fell in deep trouble.
We often hear in our day to day life that somebody acted in good faith and was duped by fraudsters. Once a crook, impersonating himself a bank employee, asked a customer, his debit card number, and password for verification. The customer revealed the requested information in good faith. Later on, the fraudster used all the balance of customer's account for the online purchase.
Acting in good faith and helping others is not a crime but it must be done with due diligence and without negligence. So whenever you are going to act in good faith, for God's sake, take all due cares also & be double sure that you are doing right things.
